NaNaWriMo and other insanity.

I have no idea if I'll make it to 50,000 words or not, but I plan on giving it my best shot 'til the very last second. I'm far behind already but hopefully I'll catch up today. It's getting to be the time of year that I love - winter is coming whether we want it to or not - and I've broken out the Holiday music and I'm already re-reading Hogfather. ♥

ALSO - Trans Siberian Orchestra released a new CD recently! ASDHFSGS! I'm so excited about this, I love TSO! =D It's called Night Castle and it's fucking fantastic! It can join Beethoven's Last Night in the fact that it's not a 'Christmas' album! And it's two CDs! Double the awesomeness! *glee*

Hopefully I'll be posting some new pictures soon, as long as NaNoWriMo doesn't eat me alive. I have them, I've just been way too lazy to post them - I moved... twice, got a new job and now have to write 50,000 words this month. They'll get posted soon I think, or at least I hope they will. Procrastination might eat me alive instead of NaNoWriMo (GOD I HOPE NOT).

PS: I really hope there's no more 'snow' surprises. It seems like it's spring now, but I'm not getting my hopes up!

BAD NEWS = The weather-person is a douche and didn't lie about the snow, so we're now buried under 32 centimeters of the stuff.

GOOD NEWS = It'll all probably be gone by the end of the week... if we're very lucky. Pretty please let us be lucky and if I find out the weather-person is lying about this there will be bloody violence.

IN OTHER NEWS = Tim Horton's hot chocolate is the best thing ever after you've spent the entire morning and part of the afternoon shoveling out the driveway.

Right then. Getting a Deviant Art subscription inspires me to post and type out some random crap nonsense to put in my journal here. I guess you could say I'm popping my journals cherry finally... after three years in a love/hate relationship of sorts. =D

Sometimes I really love living in Canada. I even love winter and snow more than the average person. Now is not one of those times. I hate it when Mother Nature can't make up her mind on if she's going to warm up or not. After three days of above zero sunshine they're now calling for freezing rain and heavy snow. Oh the joys of living in The Maritimes. Spring needs to kick Winter in the ass and make the jerk run for cover, or at least pull a flame-thrower on him or something.

Now it's time for me to stop playing with the stamps on my shoutboard and hit the sheets. Maybe I'll wake up tomorrow and find out the weather-person lied and the temperature's still above zero? Probably not but here's hoping. ♥
